30 Day Return Policy
Direct (applies only to purchases directly from Synaccess Networks). All hardware, accessories, peripherals, parts may be returned within 30 days from the date on the packing slip or invoice for a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling, and any applicable restocking fees (as further described below). Any product returned to Synaccess without prior authorization will be considered an unauthorized return.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to original payment method. Acceptable conditions require products to be in a resellable conditions. You can inititate returns by emailing sales@synaccess-net.com for an RMA.
Shipping Returns
You are responsible for all transportation, insurance, duties and other similar charges for returned products. Please use caution; shipping damages resulting from improper packaging will be your responsibility. We recommend using a reliable parcel or freight carrier who is capable of providing tracking information and proof of delivery.
Acceptable Payment Methods
Acceptable payment methods include, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and ACH.
