netCommander™ NPC-88 combines both 8 port Remote Power Management System (such as NP-08) and 8 serial console port switch system NC-08.
Accessing to the system is password protected at Administration level or user privilege levels. Network security includes user name and password authentication for Web access or sending emails. NPC products offers the most versatile access control methods in the industry for user’s easy, quick and reliable operations.
NPC-88G2 is equipped with 2 AC input power cords that supports total 30A input power.
NPC-8801 is integrated with a AC current monitoring module. |

Features

- Standard 19” 1U chassis. 6” in depth.
- Handles large current draw up to 30A (NPC-88G2).
- 8 user RS-232 serial port for remote communication with you equipment.
- Aggregated AC current draw monitoring for all outlets (optional feature). It includes settings for user defined alarm threshold, alarm methods (Emails, TRAP or data log) and alarm message sending intervals.
- One RS232 Master Service port and one 10 base-T RJ-45 Ethernet port
- Event timers for each power outlet so that an outlet is capable of executing recycling power with desired calendar date, real-time clock, and period or duty cycle.
- Autoping and power reboot for each power outlet.
- Access IP filtering and blocking. Only specific or a group of IP addresses allowed.
- Telnet accessibility. Menu driven or command-in-line configuration setup.
- POP3/SMTP for sending and receiving emails. Via Emails, users are able to send commands, such as power reboot.
- Integrated SNMP agent and Trap notification capability.
- Embedded Web server enables user to easily change settings, view or alter system status.
- Dial-up modem connection via local serial port.
- Administration and User level name and password protection, including user name and password authentication for Web access or email sending.
